	How do I withhold my number?
	The 1471 "last caller" service is disabled on our phone lines, so it is impossible for us to know your number. However, if you still wish to withhold your number, dial 141 followed by our number.

	I am not sure if I should call you or what to say...
	It is quite common to feel uncertain about phoning us for the first time. If you are unsure what to say, a good way to start is to tell us that you have not called before. Your call is always welcome.

	It's outside termtime and you're closed...
	The Samaritans are always open. If you want to talk about how you are feeling, you can call them on 08457 90 90 90.

Linkline is in St. Edward's Passage. From the Market Square, find the HSBC bank. St. Edward's Passage is the walkway down the left hand side of the bank. We are on the right hand side, just before "David's Bookshop". You can drop in between 7pm and 11pm. During our opening hours, the Linkline sign is illuminated in the window. Please ring the doorbell.

Linkline is very central, but also a step off the main thoroughfare, so it is easy to drop in privately. If you are coming to see us, especially if it is late, for your safety you might like to call us first. We will give you exact directions and will be expecting you.
